GMs: For years my convention games ran overtime and I had to compress my endings, narrate how they were supposed to end, or run at night and keep Players up way too late - a terrible experience for everyone. To solve this problem, I came up with a system to figure out how long my games run and how to adjust when they look like they might go long.
I call this system "By The Bullets". Using it has changed how I run my convention games, improved the experience for Players, and made my 1-shots much more manageable. Come hear about my system, learn from my mistakes, and get some tips on getting your convention game to flow more easily and wrap up on time.
